All our love to Heaven from Mum, Dad, Kirsty, Craig & Layla poppy & Coco 9th November 2019

Our first thought every morning our last thought every night .Sean you are always in our thoughts and prayers , so loved so missed. We are almost ready for open day for your family room on ward 21. just waiting to set a date to suit all. So we thought a bible for your family room should be available for loved ones in their hour of need ,to help remind them of god's love and support that can be our strength we so need . Charlene blessed it and said a few lovely kind words remembering all the families and staff who will be using this much needed family room. The much needed palliative/Isolation room will hopefully follow soon , ready for use for the patients needs in their final hours, how we needed this so much for you Sean when your time came , but , all we could do was make sure something was in place for others for the future going through similar situations on the Acute Stroke Ward 21. These two rooms will be a blessing for all who need to use them in the future. All in your beautiful memory. A wonderful legacy for you Sean (still helping others where you can, like you always did ) Remembering you always with such love and pride . Love you millions xxxxxxx our beautiful Sean . Night God Bless 💙👍("sweet dreams love you more") xxxxxxx
